Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD) has a main objective of ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of people with intellectual disabilities are met and that they are able to live and function as independently as possible within their own communities.

Financial assistance allows homeowners and owners of rental properties to improve their dwellings so that they are more accessible to persons with disabilities.

The SAID program, designed in collaboration with members of the disability community, will provide an income for persons with significant and long-term disabilities separate from the Saskatchewan Assistance Program (SAP).

The Saskatchewan Rental Housing Supplement is a monthly benefit that assists families with children and persons with disabilities with their housing costs.
